you need to create an animated *.gif image which is actaully just a seqence of different images combined as one. you would need a good picture editing program.
get this demo of gif construction set professional, then open a picture in a paint program of some kind and give it a red tint. save it. then give it a blue tint save it as something else. then combine them in gif construction set. and you have a flickering blue and red image of yourself.
cant get any better than the first answer, but people either have good programs on their computer they use to change them, or they’re layouts change them if you run your mouse over it, but you can search for myspace layouts just about anywhere. Good Luck!
